American Energy Group, Ltd. is an Energy Resource Exploration and Production holding company. This operating oil and gas firm exposes investors to the tremendous upside of drilling activities in Pakistan. AEGG's 100% subsidiary Hycarbex-American Energy Inc.(HAE) is the operator with 75% working interest on the Yasin Block 2768-7 (539,172 acres) in South-Central Pakistan. A successful well (Haseeb No.1)was drilled by the operator, HAE in June 2005 that is estimated to have gas in place of 196 billion cubic feet of natural gas. The Haseeb Well produced approximately 10 MM cubic feet of gas per day from August 2011 until August 2014. The well experienced a water break through and is now under preparation for attempted reworking and revival of commercial production. Zamzama North Concession-No. 2667-8 (557,951 square acres) 20 % working interest of which 10% is carried and back-in rights to acquire an additional 10% working interest at back-costs upon commercial discovery for the first 3 wells. Heritage Oil and Gas(UK) is the operator. The first Exploratory well is ready to drill and awaiting regulatory approval. Peshawar Block No (3371-13) HAE is the operator with 100% working interest. A Scouting report and Geological mapping has already been completed, which should be followed by 2-D Seismic once the Government approvals have been granted for extension. Karachi Block No (2466-8) operated by HAE with 100% working interest is being evaluated. HAE intends to farm out and invite Joint Venture partners to participate in both the Peshawar and Karachi Blocks. Four major oil and gas discoveries have been found to the south in the vicinity of Peshawar Block.
