The properties of Blue Ridge and its subsidiaries consist of 9,693 acres of land owned by Blue Ridge, Northeast Land Company, Flower Fields Motel, LLC, Blue Ridge WNJ, LLC and Blue Ridge WMN, LLC, of which 9,690 acres are located in the Pocono Mountains, along with 3 acres of land in various other states. Income is derived from these lands through leases, selective timbering by third parties, sales and other dispositions. These properties include the Jack Frost National Golf Course, Boulder View Tavern, Big Boulder Lake Mountain Club, a commercial property comprised of 3 acres of vacant land, two retail stores leased to affiliates of Walgreen Company, one single family home held for investment, two sewage treatment facilities, a members-only fly fishing club, a corporate headquarters building and other miscellaneous facilities.
