Digital Info Security Co (aka Digital 7) recently acquired Data Source Inc. (DSI) a company that specializes in the preservation, recovery and optimization of legacy data. It has been offering services for over 12 years and has recently expanded its services to include a complement to its Data storage services to include Virtual Tape Storage (VTS) and Video Tape Migration (VTM) services that our government and military establishments are in critical need. The legacy data storage facilities are aging and destroying themselves in storage facilities around the country, and the government is spending billions a year just keeping it in a status quo position. The VTS services and products have been purchased by several DOD/US Air Force agencies with great success and future purchase are in process. The company intends to focus on expanding the capabilities to capture the lion's share of this growing market.
