Diamond Lake Minerals, Inc. (DLMI) is a holding company in the industries of construction materials for the oil and gas, mining, housing, roadway and infrastructure industries, as well as residential neighborhood development and construction. Since 2011, its wholly owned subsidiary, Tioga Industries, LLC has specialized in contract sales of aggregates and custom crushing for the oil and gas industry in North Dakota. In 2016, in response to the slow down in the oil and gas industries in North Dakota, the Company moved its corporate office back to the Seattle area, in order to provide its services to the fast growing housing and construction markets. In December 2017, DLMI acquired Production Consulting, LLC (PLC) headquartered in Billings, Montana. PLC operates a development property in Billing, MT, subdividing and improving the property for housing sales. The improvements include utilities and paved roads. The development of the property is nearly complete and lot and home sales will begin the fall of 2018.
