Organized in October of 2009 and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Energy Management International, Inc. (OTCPK:ENMI), is drawing on the resources and global network and project development resources tabled by our management team from 10 years of historical efforts. Working with this collective effort of more than forty years, ENMI is structured to capitalize on both North and South American energy projects. The team has been working to identify key downstream projects in South America that can monetize the extensive stranded gas resources of select areas while leveraging our intimate contact with regional and local government and non-government organizations. Current work will focus on upstream capture of specific oil and gas resources. To this effect the resources brought in by asset acquisitions forms a foundation to achieve business growth in gas-to-liquids (GTL) processing, gas liquification (LPG), and oil and gas field development with in our target geographies.
