E-Qure Corp. is engaged in the development and commercialization of its patented Bio-electrical Signal Therapy or BST Device, a new electrotherapy for the noninvasive treatment of hard to heal chronic wounds using electrical simulation to promote renewed blood flow and oxygen in order to induce local cell regeneration. The BST Device, designed to address limitations of competitors' wound care devices, is used to treat chronic wounds, primarily Stage III and Stage IV ulcers, and severe Stage II wounds. Our BST Device has received: (i) regulatory approval and CE certification permitting sale in the European Union markets; (ii) official certification from the Israeli Ministry of Health for use of the BST Device in Israel; and (iii) FDA notification granting approval to its IDE application to start a clinical investigation with patients in the U.S. The Company has entered into distribution agreements with third parties to market and sell its BST Device in several countries and is in the process of developing world-wide distribution arrangements. On May 10, 2018, the Company's Registration Statement for the sale of up to 5,559,436 Units was declared effective, from which the Company will receive gross proceeds of approximately $560,000, which it expects to close in mid-July 2018. The Units include one share of Common Stock, one 24 month warrant to purchase ½ share at $0.50 and a second callable 36 month warrant to purchase ½ share at $1.25 per share.
