First Cobalt is focused on building a vertically integrated North American cobalt company. The Company is a non-DRC cobalt company with three significant North American assets: (1) the Iron Creek Project in Idaho, which has a historic mineral resource estimate (non-compliant with NI 43-101) of 1.3M tons grading 0.59% cobalt; (2) the Greater Cobalt Project in the Canadian Cobalt Camp, with more than 50 past producing mines; (3) and the only permitted cobalt refinery in North America capable of producing battery materials. With a strong balance sheet, we are fully funded to complete the 2018 exploration programs with metallurgical and processing studies underway.
