Gold River Productions, Inc., has recently acquired AeroQuest Technologies through a share exchange; with a name and symbol change anticipated later this year. AeroQuest was the winner of the 2007 Utah Innovations Awards in the chemicals/materials category of the award. The technology consists of combining various matrix's of material with polypropylene along with various core materials to produce panels and products that are ultra strong, impervious to chemicals and in some cases, fire, and are typically 40%-60% lighter than products made with current materials/technology. AeroQuest has a patent for transportation vehicles (truck bodies, utility trailers, recreation vehicles, horse trailers etc., that allows them to be built without a chassis or frame of any kind and are 40%-60% lighter than current product. This market is estimated to be $1.3 billion U.S. A U.S. patent has been recently filed for our monolithic photo voltaic (P.V.) roof structure. This roof structure will have the P.V. built into the matrix of the roof system (as opposed to being an aftermarket, bolt on product) that will have an insulation value of R-47 and be able to free span up to 60'. this market is estimated to be $1.2 Billion U.S. The company already has letters of intent from general contractors who wish to be dealers. This product has military applications as well as structures (housing, hospitals, general office space) built with our material and PV roof would be energy self sufficient which reduces the amount of fuel that must be brought into combat or support zones to generate electricity.
