Lode-Star Mining, INC (LSM) is the operator of Lode-Star Gold, INC's Goldfield Bonanza Project. The property is located in the historic, high-grade gold-bearing district of Goldfield, NV which, within the period of 1904-1918, produced just under 4 million ounces of gold. The property consists of 31 patented claims on approximately 460 acres. LSG has rehabbed approximately 1/2 mile of drift at the 300ft level. Also, LSG has completed 22 surface core drill holes for a total of 10,400ft and 152 underground core drill holes for a total of 23,000ft identifying two high-grade gold zones. These zones are exposed and readily minable. The property is currently being permitted for production and management is concluding a resource based NI 43-101 with the aid of Mine Development Associates. The property is owned 100% by LSM's largest shareholder, LSG, and is 100% clear titled. A 1% NSR in the favor of the original property owner exists. The property is turn-key and mine ready. It is LSM's intention to start mining the property once proper capitalization is in place. Much of the property remains under explored. It is management's belief that the district's adjacent and historic high grade multi-million ounce gold ore zones repeat themselves on the property. Further exploration work needs to be executed.
