Its portfolio consists of 11 office properties in the United States, with an aggregate net lettable area of 5.3 million square feet. The 11 freehold office properties are strategically located in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Its properties include Figueroa, Michelson, Peachtree, Plaza, Exchange, Penn, Phipps, Centerpointe, Capitol, Park Place and Diablo. Its investment manager is Manulife US Real Estate Management Pte. Ltd.
