It allows farmers to harvest their fruits or vegetables at their fully-ripened stage. By placing the product in the Z-CAC, closing the door and flipping the switch..the Z-CAC suspends the ripening process of the product and can extend the shelf life of the product(s) for more than 6-8 months. As compared to todays produce that is harvested in mid term development..this gives the consumer a much sweeter and weightier product, also bringing better profits to the grower. Each product is a prime candidate for a possible spin off whereby the SIPP shareholder will be included.
