StratoComm Corporation is a developer of communications infrastructure technology and proprietary payload capability and is focused to the delivery of telecommunications services to the developing world. StratoComm currently controls key patents specific to delivery of its services and further has several additional key patents in various stages of filing and/or approval. The company currently offers wireless voice, internet and broadcast services from its transitional system which employs a proprietary payload in service from a 5,000 foot long tether that delivers to a service area of approximately 80 km. Also presently in development is a stratospheric airship capable of delivery of services from an altitude of 65,000 feet which will support a service area of approximately 1,000 km. StratoComm's business model calls for the establishment of joint venture partners in selected international markets for which it presently has executed three such agreements.
