United American Healthcare Corporation (the "Company" or "UAHC") was incorporated in Michigan on December 1, 1983 and commenced operations in May 1985. On August 1, 2014, the Company converted from a Michigan corporation to a Nevada corporation. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pulse Systems, LLC, provides contract manufacturing services to the medical device industry, with a focus on precision laser-cutting capabilities and the processing of thin-wall tubular metal components, sub-assemblies and implants. Additionally, the Company manages and pursues strategic investment opportunities in promising growth industries through its wholly owned subsidiary, UAHC Ventures, LLC. Prior to the Company's acquisition of Pulse Systems, LLC (in 2010) and its formation of UAHC Ventures, LLC (in 2017), UAHC provided comprehensive management and consulting services to managed care organizations and other administrative services related to employee welfare and health benefit plans (from 1985 to 2009). The Company shifted its strategic focus away from consulting services and subsequently discontinued its related managed care operations in 2009.
