6. Each unfreezing requires payment of $1 handling fee + $0.2/transaction penalty before unfreezing

7. Using virtual cards to subscribe to pornographic, gambling and other services is considered illegal use, and the card will be cancelled

8. After paying for ChatGPT and other similar subscription services, please ensure that there is sufficient balance in the card to ensure payment for the next subscription (you can also cancel automatic subscription). If deduction fails, it will trigger risk control
